Shadow of the Day.x.+.x.
I hope everyone had an amazing Christmas and/or an awesome holiday so far...Christmas was quiet around my house, but it was fine...
I don't even know why I'm writing about Christmas and holidays...it's not in my mind anymore...
I'm really worried about my mom...really worried.
Just a few days ago (it's hard to keep count of days during holidays...) my mom went to the docters to pick up some medication. Since then, she's been dead tired. She's sleeping all day and all night, and rarely gets up. She doesn't even come down to eat meals with us (the family) anymore...she only eats a little bit before she goes to sleep again in the evenings...We've tried getting her up, and telling her she has to eat, or do something besides sleep.
It scares me though...sometimes she doesn't respond, and when she does, it's only a few words, like: "Okay," which usually means "Later", or "I'm just saying this so you won't bother me anymore"... She just has that dazed look. Whenever she's awake, she just lies there staring at the wall. There's a phone in my parent's room...whenever it rings, she doesn't answer (even though it's literally right beside her...), and when we knock, she won't say anything...I'm so worried about her...
We just finished having dinner, and she didn't come down to eat with us. I tried calling her and tried to get her up, but she won't do anything. She's awake, at least for a little while, but nothing seems to work...
I really need to get my mind off this...Just thinking about this drains the energy out of me...I need to talk to someone...
On a lighter note...I hope everyone has a great New Year!
